If your zipper feels stiff or requires extra effort to pull, that is actually by design!

Our bags use an ultra-secure airtight zipper to ensure your clothes stay compressed and completely protected from water, dirt, and odours. Because this zipper is engineered to create a airtight seal, it is intentionally very tight.

To prevent air leakage, please make sure to pull the zipper firmly and tightly until it is completely closed.

Always leave a couple of centimetres of space near the zipper line for the perfect vacuum seal.
